CMT UHP15-PDW SBR lower

Description

This is a CMT UHP15-PDW monolithic lower receiver. It is currently registered as a 7.5" 5.56 SBR. I put 300 rounds through a custom 7.5" V7 upper on this lower in 2019. It has since sat in a safe. It has a 5-position stock integrated into the lower. There would be a 6th picture showing its shortest LOP before fully collapsed, but I can't add more photos. It includes the following parts: CMT UHP15-PDW stripped lower ALG Defense Combat Trigger - ACT V7 Ti Right hand 57 degree selector V7 Ti Mag Catch/Release V7 Ti Buffer Retainer V7 grip screw Battle Arms Dev. Enhanced Takedown Pins Ti Battle Arms Dev. Enhanced Bolt Catch Titanium Magpul MIAD 1.1 in stealth gray KNS Precision Gen JJ NRTHP .154 pins (included) Spare aluminum PDW stock buttpad CMT spare small parts CMT buffer tube tool NOTE: Because it is now just a lower, it will either need an 7.5" barreled upper in 5.56mm temporarily installed OR, I can write to ATF to update the NFRTR with whatever caliber & bbl length upper you have. It will then transfer to your SOT on an eForm 4. Your SOT will install that upper on the lower & then start the NFA transfer process to you on an eForm 4 (unless you prefer paper). Once it is legally transferred to you, you can change to whatever upper you want. It cannot transfer AS an SBR if it's only a lower. It is no longer in an NFA configuration, so it can ship to your dealer via USPS Priority Mail. Your dealer will have to provide me with their full FFL # & expiration date, as well as the contact info for their CLEO for notification purposes. 2ND NOTE: I can also just contact ATF to de-register it & it can just transfer as a rifle lower. Because its stock means it was designed to be fired from the shoulder, it can only ever be built as a rifle; short-barrel or not.
